I Gonna Start Again a New Post
And This emulator v4 works on me...Hope will works on you
Instruction:
1. Extract the file using winrar and put it on Drive C:\
It should looks like this after extracting a file
2. If your Diablo 3 Collectors Edition is already Installed,
It must be located in C:\Program Files\Diablo III.Collectors Edition
3. Then Copy Diablo III.Collectors Edition,
Paste it into C:\Mooege
It Should looks like this
4. Then for the update if your Diablo 3 collectors Edition is not update you need to
Update it into Version 1.0.3.10057
To do that download these:
5. After Download Copy the content of the file you download select all then ctr + c
It should looks like this
6. Go to C:\Mooege\Diablo III
Then Paste it Overwrite all the files don't hesitate
7. For those already update the Diablo 3 and you update it into 1.0.3b
It will not work,
Note that once your diablo 3 update it into Version 1.0.3.10057
Do not Update it anymore
8. Now After Manually Update your Diablo 3 another mission you have
The game will attempt to update itself to the newest version, so patch
Your system hosts file: c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Double click host file..
Open with it in Notepad
It Should Looks like this:
Then Paste these following:
127.0.0.1 eu.actual.battle.net
127.0.0.1 us.actual.battle.net
127.0.0.1 enGB.nydus.battle.net
It should looks like this
Also, set the hosts file to read-only as something will attempt to undo
Your modified hosts file.

9. Go to C:\Mooege\Diablo III ip Injector
It Should looks like this
10. Select Single Player
11. Then You will see 2 command prompt...actually it's 3 command prompt but when
when diablo start open it will become 2 command prompt
The one is Mooege.exe
The second is Administrator: Diablo III ip Injector by nicinico
It should looks like this
12. And Diablo 3 will appear....
13. Then Login
NOTE: To run on LAN (Multiplayer) use Server and Client!
Server will indicate the ip address to type in Client just scroll up in the Mooege Server’s Window!
